Our goal with this event is to provide and promote the technology growth across Lawrence and its newfound prosperity as a technology hub. With great roots in innovative technology like the origin of Google Earth and the Django Framework, Lawrence is taking its famous origins and building towards the future.

This conference is meant to open up conversations and networking between the major aspects of technology in Lawrence. The KU Innovation Park is an ambitious development of the University of Kansas and supports the growing technology scene in Lawrence, Kansas. With multiple companies parked at the KU Innovation Park with a wide variety of disciplines, the Park is a large growing development with future development planned.

The Lawrence Tech Guild is a newly formed tech group that contains the tech employees and fellows located in Lawrence, Kansas. Originating from a small Slack group formed many years ago, the Lawrence Tech Guild hosts monthly events focusing on the happenings in tech around Lawrence and around Kansas. With the advent of remote work across the corporate world, The Lawrence Tech Guild has seen tremendous growth in the last few years with the attractive benefits of the Lawrence community and the elimination of commutes.
